Short answer: Bubble Sticks mix pouches are not a just-add-water formula. Combine one pouch with water and dish soap according to the supplied mixing instructions to make one gallon of prepared giant bubble solution.
What you need before mixing
Set out a Bubble Sticks mix pouch, water, dish soap and a clean container wide enough to dip the full rope loop. Dish soap and a mixing container are not included in the kits or refill packs. Read the supplied directions for the exact measurements and preparation sequence before starting.
Prepare one pouch at a time
- Read the instructions. Use the directions supplied with your Bubble Sticks pouches, including the recommended dish soap and any resting time.
- Measure water and dish soap. Use the exact quantities in those directions. One pouch makes one gallon when prepared as directed.
- Combine as directed. Follow the specified sequence and mix gently to avoid unnecessary foam.
- Wet the whole loop. When the solution is ready, bring the wooden stick tips together and dip the full rope loop.
How much solution is included?
The Starter Kit has one pouch for one gallon; the Complete Kit (the original kit) has five for five gallons; the Family Double Pack has ten for ten gallons; the Camp / Group Pack has fifty for fifty gallons. Refill packs contain five or ten pouches without wooden sticks. These totals assume every pouch is mixed with water and dish soap as directed.
Use the instructions for your actual product
Our current pouch offering differs from the earlier aluminum-bottle format. Do not substitute bottle preparation directions for pouch instructions. If your physical directions are missing or unclear, contact Bubble Sticks before preparing the mix.
