Change of mind
Bubble Sticks does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind after shipment. This includes unopened or unused products. Please review the product contents and quantity before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email hello@bubblesticks.com with your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund. We will not require you to pay shipping to correct our error.
Cancellations and unavailable items
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before shipment. If an item cannot be supplied or shipment is delayed, we will provide the cancellation and refund choices required by applicable law. Refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Your rights under applicable consumer protection law remain in effect regardless of this policy.
