Where we ship
Bubble Sticks accepts online orders where checkout can provide a shipping rate. Starter Kits and Camp / Group Packs require a shipping quote before payment for destinations outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, territories and international addresses. Email hello@bubblesticks.com with your address and quantities for a quote.
Shipping charges
For one item shipped within the contiguous U.S., shipping and handling is $9.88 for the Starter Kit, $18.99 for the Complete Kit, $24.99 for the Family Double Pack, $59.95 for the Camp / Group Pack, $14.99 for the five-pouch refill, and $18.99 for the ten-pouch refill. Each additional Starter or Camp Pack adds its stated shipping charge. When these products appear with other items, their charges are added to the existing highest-rate shipping calculation for the other products. Additional quantities of other products may add a smaller handling amount. Checkout shows the exact shipping amount before you place the order. Applicable shipping tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.
Shipment timing and delays
We will provide tracking or dispatch details when available. We do not promise a fixed transit date. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we will contact you with the option to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Address questions
Check your address before placing an order. Email hello@bubblesticks.com promptly with your order number if you need a correction or if a delivery appears lost or damaged.
